The information listed there looks correct to me. I did not find anything
problematic.

* You mentioned "404 link" in your subject, but I did not find links on
those webpages that would return "404 not found" anywhere.

* You mentioned different versions for different architectures. This is
expected and intentional. Debian 10 (Debian Buster) is oldstable (and will
soon become oldoldstable) with only LTS support now [1]. The LTS support for
Debian Buster only covers i386, amd64, arm64 and arm64 [1]. Packages of all
other architectures in Debian 10 are no longer updated and will stick to the
old versions as you seen there.
