Any > extensions installed that might have an effect? Not sure what wiki.debian.org requires, but using https-everywhere, noscript, privacy badger and ublock-origin. I think I enabled javascript for wiki.debian.org. I was quite possibly originally connecting via IPV6, and temporarily disabled my IPV6 connection and then it started working again... even after re-enabling IPV6. Although it is hard to know weather firefox is using IPV4 or IPV6... Not sure how long to leave this bug open with an uncertain resolution... live well, vagrant
