I want to change "우리의 약속" to "데비안 사회 계약" in https://www.debian.org/index.ko.html

But I could not found "우리의 약속"

in I see https://alioth.debian.org/scm/viewvc.php/webwml/korean/index.wml?view=markup&revision=1.46&root=webwml ,

I just found <hometoc/> .

Where is hometoc ?
