Bug#861232: www.debian.org: Remove DM keyring maintainers from organization list

Handling of the Debian Maintainers (DM) keyring was taken over by
keyring-maint back in 2009:

https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2009/08/msg00010.html

The DM team remained around to instruct keyring-maint about which keys
to add, but in 2016 this role was folded into the normal New Members
process:

https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2016/08/msg00007.html

As a result it doesn't make sense for the DM keyring maintainers to
still be listed on the organization page. The attached patch removes it
(including all the translations).

Thanks for caring, and thanks for your patch.
The POT files are generated automatically making "make pot", and the PO files can be generated automatically too (making "make update-po" in the lang folders) so I've applied your changes to the organization.data file and updated the POT file with make, and committed the changes.

In a second pass I'll update the PO files and hopefully the change will be visible in the next hours.

Thanks
