Thanks for noticing.
When we 'highlight' some partner as "Partner of the month", it's listed
the top of the page,
and also in its place in the alphabetical list. That's the reason for
the two entries of OSL.
I have disabled the section "Partner of the month" until it is updated
with the next 'featured' partner.
