Yes, I guess that would make sense. For example in the E.U. it makes no difference when you order a t-shirt in our webshop if you live in Bratislava (that's only 60 km from Vienna) or Lissabon (that's about 2.500 km from Vienna) – you pay the same for shipping. People from the U.S. would have to pay much more for shipping and I'm not sure but I guess they'd have to pay customs. So that's why I think at least the continent is important information for people who want to buy Debian merchandise. However, "city, country" is even better.
