Hi! I write to inform that seemingly the wiki.debian.org site is blocking access from some or all virtualinternetaccess vpn ips. An example client ip is: 109.201.152.XXX Access to https://wiki.debian.org/ from such ips gives "Forbidden" http response. Vitualinternetaccess is a popular vpn service, generally recommended as safe and likely used by many people that can be impacted. (I have no affiliation to them).
