if I cannot use web form, and need to use mail, I prefer not using it.
Debian BTS is hard to use

this is their operation issue, they can do it if they think it's needed
also, you can copy & paste & mail to yourself

eg.: lists.d.o doesnt send me what I posted so I always need to add bcc myself

well, to change/report/anything for debian BTS,
I need to use MUA instead of my preferred web browser.

additionaly, I need to start receiving spam once I post to Debian lists/BTS
