Bug#672305: www.debian.org: the links for lenny packages are incorrect

It is unable to get any package for the oldstable (lenny) distribution
due incorrect links at http://packages.debian.org/lenny. For example,
all the links at page http://packages.debian.org/lenny/i386/ntp/download
will give 404 error as an user tries to download the ntp package.
There must be a link to archive.debian.org repository.
