It seems that for dpkg's info page http://packages.debian.org/lenny/dpkg for lenny, it is referencing an outdated and no longer included version of dpkg. I tried all of the links for North American servers to download it from there, (this is i386 by the way,) and none of them work. They seem to be replaced by a version 1.14.28. Someone needs to update that page.

Filesystems issues on packages.debian.org backends have been solved some
weeks ago.
