It was a consequence of the switch of most hosts to v6, which broke a
trigger to bellini, now fixed.

FYI, cron/parts/7release-notes under webwml repo. The fact that data
comes from trunk or a specific tag needs today manual checkout of
webmasters (debwww), not everything is in the job as it should.
