 That package is only available on m68k and has the same version in
etch-m68k so I expect it just never was touched again since years.

 You might want to contact debports maintainers to either drop it from
their unstable part or to edit their overrides files to put it into the
proper section if they think it's worth keeping. Please notice the
[debports] part in there, it's not part of the main archive and thus
requires different contact methods as can be seen on
<http://www.debian-ports.org/contacts> (following the link in the
header).
