It's actually very similar to 546793 (packages.d.o displays a package
removed from experimental).
BTW, Vincent, rmadison is the best and easiest way to check this (from a
developer POV).
$ rmadison commit-tool
commit-tool | 0.4-3 | etch-m68k | source, all
commit-tool | 0.4-3 | oldstable | source, all
commit-tool | 0.4-4 | stable | source, all
