I do not think that problems against pages hosted on alioth are
the obligation of www.debian.org team. In this *specific* case
the source of the pages is maintained inside the blends source
package. So it could be reassigned to this package - but the
problem is fixed now anyway - so I spare this effort here.
Thanks for running link checkers against debian.org websites
