Yes this page http://www.debian.org/mirror/list is very hard to find.
I've try to do it many times :)

I mean that on page http://www.debian.org/distrib/packages should be
info and link to the http://www.debian.org/distrib/packages

http://www.debian.org/distrib/packages should be maximum in 2 clicks
from debian frontpage
