Holger raised the question, and I am currently working on how we could
implement Textcha... nothing is decided yet.

I agree that it's a pain, but we have to improve the spam filtering
solution.
(At the same time, prompting for textcha on save would prevent some
users from saving a page 10 times in one hour ;-)

Using ``textchas_disabled_group = u"Known" `` could be a good solution:
ie. require Textcha to create an account or anonymous edits.

But it doesn't seems to work ATM.

We really don't want to maintain any large group manually. 

Once we have openid (for DD, DM/alioth), we'll see if we can use those
openid source to grant rights.

There is no such group at the moment.
