Charles Plessy is asking how to get the full history of the contributors
of a page. I have always fount unfortunate that moinmoin only show an
incomplete list of contributors (not giving credits). By default it
shows 100 commits, and the maximal internal is 200, so the URL below
only list 200 contributions:
  http://wiki.debian.org/Proposals/CopyrightFormat?action=info&max_count=999


Applying any license to the wiki will require to list the
contributors/copyright holders, isn't it?


Moinmoin's history_count[1] syntax is:
   history_count = (default_count_shown, max_count_shown)

Since moinmoin provides no easy way to view the whole list, I would
suggest to use :
	history_count = (10000, 100000)
