 Please try again. I am quite confident that you weren't actually
viewing the English language page but I expect the German one. That was
the reason why I wrote this part in my blog entry and did explicitly
only link to <http://www.deb.at/index.en.html>:

 In the meantime I considered it better to just delete all the
translated frontpages so only the english version for the main entry
point is left there, people seem to miss that part and just hand around
the URL without the filename. :/
