I was told by an ftp team member that updating that file needed manual intervention of the keyring team so it got deleted after being outdated for years. Possible solutions/workarounds: rsync keyring.debian.org::, usage of the debian-keyring package, or convincing the keyring maintainers to maybe offer the files through http (symlink the directory?) so we could link there. Not exactly sure what to do right now, just wanted to add the informations. So long! Rhonda
