A little too "Ubuntu" for my tastes.

I would:

 * go with the red colour of the logo and add a complimentary cyan variant

 * get rid of the curvy boarders on the top navigation

 * up the contrast on the top navigation

 * add more padding, constructive "white" space to the left nav
