Hi,

I got a response from Lunatec: They say they sent off the DVD, and an 
investigation they started later with German Post indicated that it had 
reached its intended destination. Despite this report, they sent off 
another DVD, and never heard back, so assumed everything was OK.

For us Debian people, it's impossible to tell whose fault it is, so I 
cannot help you any further, Michael, sorry! We generally only remove 
entries from the Debian vendor list if there are several complaints and/or 
no response from the vendor - for now, this is not the case for Lunatec.
