No objection from me to chown -R :mirroradm, it really looks like it should belong there, and given that Joy is in both groups I rather assume that it was on mistake rather than on intention to produce some responsibility chain here. I would try to get some feedback from Joy nevertheless, if I were you. Just to be sure. It's not like he's unresonable reachable. At least not last times I tried to reach him ...
