I guess you meant packages.qa.debian.org in the last paragraph, right?
I'm replying making that assumption.

Well, packages.qa.debian.org is not user oriented, it has always been
developer oriented, no matter how you use it :) This heritage comes
from, if you want to see that way actually, the fact that its being
source package oriented, while in general users know nothing about
source packages. You know, from the PTS you don't even have package
descriptions (given that source packages don't have them), how can it
possibly be user oriented?

Hence, having patches linked from there is something we really want.

Still, despite of all the past "vote" post to this bug log, I remind
that to implement this we need patch-tracking.d.n to export patch
summaries. See my last post to this log, it explains exactly what we
need PTS side to add support for that.
