Hello,
in the developers' maintainer guide, when listing all the useful tools
recommended to be installed,
the developers-reference item links to ..../index.en-us.iso-8859-1.html
which doesn't exist.
I'd suggest to change the page to index.html.

The file is named index.en.html. Thanks, I fixed it (and a few further
links).
