thanks, I committed it.
A few comments:
* Don't name the file about_HE_IL.wml but about.wml.
If unsure always compare with other translations.
* Don't forget to mention the full path (intro/about.wml)
in your mails.
* I assume your translation is based on revision 1.60 of
the English file and added
#use wml::debian::translation-check translation="1.60"
to the header. This is used by the statistics page
http://www.debian.org/devel/website/stats/he.html to
show you whether the file needs an update. Check that
the last recent changes (1.59->1.60) are part of your
translation! See
http://cvs.debian.org/webwml/english/intro/about.wml?rev=1.60&root=webwml&view=log
* You forget to translate a headline:
<h2><a name="hardware">What hardware is supported?</a></h2>
* At the beginning I read "פס....". Are 4 dots valid in Hewbrew?
In German there is never a full stop after "...".
* Wrap lines after approximately 78 characters. See
http://www.debian.org/devel/website/htmlediting
* Check my patches against your file:
http://cvs.debian.org/webwml/hebrew/intro/about.wml?rev=1.60&root=webwml&view=log

No, more important is english/template/debian/languages.wml which I
wrote you already. There you need to add only three lines and this would
anable Hewbrew website statistics.
PS: What about the CSS file? Compare with arabic/debian-ar.css, ...
