info i.e. mirrors@debian.org or the bug tracking system, and use
explicit subject

It seems that many other architectures are mirrored.
The admin of ftp.3logic.net is in CC in order for him to update the
status of ftp.3logic.net with regard to the current entry in the list of
mirrors.
For example, anonftpsync must be used, debian-non-US should be used,
list of synced arch to be updated with the reality on the mirror, and so
on :)
