Debian consultant page needs new maintainers

Hi,

This is a second call for help (after the first one which was quite
hidden[1]). The Debian consultant page needs new maintainers.

Please read Luk's post[2] for details on the tasks.
To be complete, the average request amount is of 20 per month and you
only need to have website cvs commit rights (no need to be a DD).
