broken links on wiki.debian.org (especially debian-www pages)

Hello Salokine,

Appart from the question whether restructuring the debian-www related
wiki pages is a good thing or not (see the results of a search of
"website", you can find many broken links
http://wiki.debian.org/WebsiteLayout ), many internal wiki links are
broken, as well as links present in mailing lists archives.

For example the whole page http://wiki.debian.org/DebianWebSiteProject
is broken.

So, please don't merge pages blindly without :
 - at least telling the concerned people of the update (or even asking
   for their agreement)
 - taking care of fixing internal links
 - do some backward compatibility, so that
   http://wiki.debian.org/WebsiteLayout is redirected to the right html
   anchor in http://wiki.debian.org/DebianWebsiteDiscussion
