No, that's not what happened there.
The reason that it decided that the package was your entire message
was because you're using an MTA that doesn't linewrap like it should
at 78 columns perl line. Furthermore, you did not have a return
between the Packages: pseudoheader and the rest of your message, so
the BTS tries to assign your bug to all of the other listed packages.
I've reassigned it to the appropriate package.
