Error Report: svn.debian.org

I can not pull from, view or browse the following SVN:

http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/d-i/people/rmh/win32-loader/

I'm using SVN on Debian Linux that i've pulled from Apt-Get. 

I receive the following error:

svn import /home/sbbs/web/root/debianwin32inst
