Yep, there is an build error for Debian reference so that PS and PDF
formats are not available. I asked already debian-admin for the logs.

Another problem is in korean/doc/index.wml around line 85 since it is a mixture
of both Korean and English. I can remove the English part but I'm not sure
whether the file is fully translated.

SPANISHDIR is not defined in spanish/.wmlrc so that $(SPANISHDIR) cannot be used:

I tried to fix it by using relative paths instead of $(SPANISHDIR).
During this fix I noticed that I still have a few minor corrections for doubled
full stops (such as ".</strong>."). The last time I asked nobody cared about
this (more than a year ago), has this changed?
