CSS-quickfix for chinese pages on www.d.o

Hi!
I just noticed that the css for <strong> taken from the inline css
from the chinese wml files hast seriously bad results. A temporary
fix (backbround yellow and no change of foreground color) is commited.
As there are some more issues with languages like chinese and
japanese, we surely need to get in contact and talk about solutions.
Additional question: In't there a programmer, wo can help me getting
the chinese pages build without changes of content like in my test
with iconv? Computer is PPC with Sarge installed.
