Bug#250399: Mispelled name in news from 20040415

Package: www.debian.org
Severity: minor
Tags: patch

Hi.

The name of the spanish region should be "Andalucía", not "Andalucia".

It is a really minor typo, but I think I must show the right spelling of
the name of the region in the south of Spain.

Regards,
Juanma.
