 Then your browser settings doesn't seem to be correct:
<http://www.debian.org/intro/cn.en.html>. Due to the server compromise
we needed to switch the main website to a mirror page which is more
prone to misconfigurations in the browser than the original website was.
This is a good time to check your browser settings :)

 You need a language setting without a local information: de instead of
de-ch and en instead of en-us.
