Please find below the descritpion you need about our use of Debian :
1 - DIT - Council of Europe - Strasbourg, France
2 - Intergovernmental organisation (45 members state)
3 - http://www.coe.int/
4 - All of our network Services are using Debian GNU/Linux systems (DNS, 
PROXY, SMTP relay, monitoring, NIDS, Firewall etc.)
