I wasn't planning to, given still unresolved bugs like #21620.
(Not that _I_ am doing anything about it, but at least I try to comfort
myself with a sense of priority...)

Well, let me just express my utter lack of interest in putting anything
other than ASCII into email fields like Maintainer -- so much mojibake
during the transition period, for not much gain.
Note that I am prejudiced against presumptuous bug reports.
