Bug#202236: www.debian.org: do @packages messages bounce?



I guess your problem comes from:
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="BIG5"

All your mails fall into my spam trap, and it may be the same for some
debian servers.

You should avoid posting in BIG5 when writing english. Since I cannot read
any word of chineese, I tend to think that mails using this encoding are spam.
