Thanks for reporting.  The build log contains:

 debiandoc2html -c -l en project-history.sgml
 mv: cannot overwrite directory `project-history.en.html/project-history.html'
 make[1]: *** [html] Error 1
 make[1]: Leaving directory `/org/www.debian.org/ddp/manuals.sgml/project-history'
 Command exited with non-zero status 2

I'll look into it this evening unless someone beats me to it.
