Bah, stupid shell. I used * to commit, and missed .wmlrc. Sorry.

I think UTF-8 would be a fine experiment. We can always revert to Latin 2 if
anyone complains.

Oops, I missed that one. It's gone.

BTW if anyone noticed bounces on the Slovene translator's email, it's being
fixed already :)
