The first sentence on the Lithuanian translation of /index.html uses the
word "free" in the sense of "gratis", not "libre". A correct
translation would be "Debian yra laisva operacin=C4=97 sistema", but in
sounds a little bit awkward. A more widely used term in Lithuanian
would be "atviro kodo" (open source), but, if I understand correctly,
it's a policy decision.
