Bug#158368: marked as done (www.debian.org: Inaccurate listing of BTS tags)

http://www.debian.org/Bugs/server-refcard contains an
out-of-date listing of BTS tags; for example, sarge and upstream
both exist now. Also, I think an explanation of what the tags
mean, or a link to one, would be useful here.
