langs.XX.po data doubled in countries.XX.po

        Hi!

 I noticed that the content of langs.XX.po is doubled in
countries.XX.po. Is that intentionally?  Shall I really add the same
translations into the countries.XX.po files that are present in the
langs.XX.po?  Why can't the later be used in the places where the
entries of the first are needed?
