look at http://www.debian.org/devel/website/build/webwml/wml_run.log

I just copied english/doc/Makefile into portuguese/doc/
But if you do not want to be hit again by Makefiles sync problem, you
could see what I did for French Makefiles, it seems to work pretty well,
even if admin-manuals.fr.html fails to build, but that's another issue ;)
