Pages not building

Hi!

I just noticed that the Swedish translation is not getting updated on
www.debian.org. /org/www.debian.org/cvs_update.log on klecker tells me
that the CVS update fails:

cvs update: Updating german/News/weekly/2001/23
cvs [update aborted]: cannot rename file index.wml to CVS/,,index.wml: Permission denied

Can someone with enough access rights on that machine please have a
look into it? Thanks.
