Mozilla and language negotation

	When I asked the people at debian-security@ to check the Securing
Debian Manual many got "403 errors" while accesing to the manual location
(w.d.o/doc/manuals/securing-debian/ IIRC). After talking a while it seems
that Mozilla by defaults ships with en-US as language which seems to be
a problem, since it does no ask for 'en' (check the debian-security archives
for more info). Should we add a little note to intro/cn regarding this? (on
the Mozilla section)
