This has been something we've wanted for ages. The problem is that
Debian has almost 7800 packages so it needs to be automated.
Extracting this information from a .deb is non-trivial so a cache needs
to be created to prevent abuse of resources. Additionally, this needs
to be done on a machine which contains a full mirror of the archive.
