Bug#99422: www.debian.org/distrib/packages - searches return packages that are not available on any mirror

There are no longer a distributed-net or distributed-net-pproxy
package in stable. I have removed the offending web pages.
My guess is that those packages were removed from stable when 2.2r3
was released. Since packages aren't removed from stable very
frequently, we don't regenerate (from scratch) the package pages for
stable very often.
