Not so silly question about the name of the Hurd
Simple question. What is the proper name for the Hurd? I've seen
people say that the 'the' must be there. Perhaps they simply meant
that in English it must always be there.
This came up because translations aren't sure how to handle this.
For example, Finnish has no article 'the'.
Any light you can shed on this would be helpful.

When questioning the grammar a 'The'
James (Jay) Treacy creature used, one might say, 'the the
treacy@debian.org the The used was ambiguous'.
