So remove them from the table or add some footnote which informs the
user about the fact, that this part of documentation isn't useful.

Yes, please do so.  I also run into this problem some time ago.  The
table with English and German versions of the documentation implied
that I thought, that both languages are equivalent.  So I selected my
native language (German) and got a documentation, which was completely
unusable for alpha, but only for i386.  If the table had told me, that
the English version is for alpha and the German version is for i386
only, I hat selected the English version (a foreign language is easier
to understand than a foreign architecture ;-)
