Bug#75752: Misspellings in New Maintainers' Corner

Package: www.debian.org
Version: N/A

There are a number of misspellings in the New Maintainers' Corner. The
appended patch fixes all of them except for one in some quoted text. It
also removes a word from index.wml to make a sentence better.
